Fang Jingyuan from Renji hospital revealed LncRNA GClnc1 might be involved in gastric cancer for the first time in the world

  Recently, the national institute of Cancer research (AACR) its top journals “Cancer Discovery” (the latest impact factor is 19.8) published a scientific result from Renji hospital affiliated to Shanghai jiaotong university school of medicine and the university of Michigan cooperation entitled “LncRNA GClnc1 promotes gastric carcinogenesis and may act as a modular scaffold of WDR5 and KAT2A complexes to specify the histone modification pattern” of research results. This paper also got the same guest editor review. In this paper, corresponding authors professor Fang Jingyuan HongJie and Chen Haoyan are from Renji hospital affiliated to Shanghai jiaotong university school of medicine, and associate researcher Zou weiping from the university of Michigan. The first author is Sun Tiantian, a doctoral student of professor Fang.

With conventional TNM staging tumor prognosis prediction of general use to compare and reveal the amount can be expressed by GClnc1 determination can be used to predict the prognosis of the tumor patient,,
