On November 1, The international famous academic Journal, The Journal of study, published online the research result of The Shanghai jiaotong university school of medicine, apoptosis and differentiation of The ministry of education key laboratory of ZhengJunke team with a title of “Sorting protein VPS33B regulates exosomalautocrine signaling to mediate hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis” of The latest research results. Paper first reports the secretory proteins related dry outside body form through autocrine secretion function regulation of hematopoietic stem cells and leukemia stem cell self-renewal ability.
Research on stem cell self-renewal regulation, has been the focus of the field of stem cell research. Series of secretory proteins known to self-renewal of hematopoietic stem cell plays an important regulatory role, but the mechanism of these proteins, mature and release need to be elucidated. ZhengJunke team reveals some dry related secretory protein (such as ANGPTL2 ANGPTL3 and TPO) secretion of new way - secrete body secretion pathway, and identified a key gene VPS33B important regulating role in the process. VPS33B absence can result in hematopoietic stem cells and leukemia stem cells secrete mature and release the damaged and sharp lost self-renewal ability, and the process to a certain extent, can be in vitro expression or plasma repair ANGPTL2 or outside ANGPTL3 secrete in the body. In terms of mechanism, they discovered a new VPS33B/GDI2 / RAB11A/RAB27A pathways regulated secretory protein secretion of body release process.
